Returns

• Accepted within 14 days of purchase for unopened, unused products.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

• To start a return, contact us at support@hairart77.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

• Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.

• Shipping costs are not included, unless the product was damaged or defective.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

• Exchanges are only for damaged or defective products.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
